STATE FARM HAS ALSO DONATED 10 LATE MODEL CARS; EXAMPLES OF CARS DONATED: 2008 SUBARU FORESTER, 2006 SCION, 2006 TOYOTA CAMRAY AND MORE. THESE CARS WILL BE CUT UP ON THE FINAL DAY OF CLASS. THIS CLASS IS NOT OFFERED ANY OTHER PLACE IN THE STATE OF OREGON AND WAS A HUGE SUCCESS WITH OVER 50 STUDENTS IN ATTENDANCE. This is a registered DPSST class and you will receive training certification after completion of the class. NFPA Vehicle & Machinery Rescue WHERE: Eugene Fire Department Central Training Center, 1705 W 2nd Ave. Eugene, OR 97401 WHEN: Friday, Saturday & Sunday October 15th, 16th & 17th. TIME: Friday 1300-1700 hours Saturday 0800-1800 hours Sunday 0800-1800 hours WHAT: Friday 4 hour hybrid hands on class Saturday extrication techniques and challenges, using hydraulic tools, hand tools, electrical tools and air tools. The techniques will be new and some the same with efficiencies added, we will be using techniques from all over the country and passing them on to our students. Sunday State Farm late model car cutting and advanced extrication scenarios recreated by our instructors from actual calls they have been on, airbag systems and deployment ADMISSION: $300.00 per student this includes lunch for both days. This cost pays for equipment, instructors and needed items to put on the class. EACH STUDENT WILL ALSO RECEIVE VARIOUS EXTRICATION HAND TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT WITH ATTENDENCE OF THE CLASS. * Highly Qualified Instructors * Hands-On work with equipment from the industry leader RESERVE A SPOT EARLY THIS CLASS WILL FILL UP QUICKLY! Travel/lodging provided by attendee. Attendees please come prepared this class will be very demanding on Saturday and Sunday.
