Topic: Victim Survivability Profiling Instructor: Captain Stephen Marsar Target Audience: This safety presentation is geared towards Line Officers, Command chief Officers and Safety Officers. Instructor Bio:Captain Stephen Marsar is a 21 year veteran with the FDNY, currently serving with Engine 8, and a former commissioner with the Bellmore (NY) Volunteer Fire Department. He is an instructor for the FDNY and the Nassau County, Long Island fire and EMSacademies. Captain Marsar holds a bachelor’s degree in fire science and emergency services administration and graduated with honors from the National Fire Academy EFO program. He is currently attending the Naval Post Graduate Master’s Degree program in Homeland Security. Marsar has been an IAFC member since 2003 and is a member of the Safety, Health, and Survival Section. |
