Richard Anderson is currently the Lieutenant/Training Officer for the Estacada Rural Fire District and serves as the Training Director for the Northwest Association of Fire Trainers. He holds an AAS in Structural Fire Science and is certified as an NFPA Instructor 2, NFPA Fire Officer 2, Wildland Interface Strike Team Task Force Leader, NFPA Rope Rescue Technician, NFPA Vehicle and Machinery Rescue, Haz-Mat Incident Commander, Technician and EMT-Intermediate.
