Who Are Life Members? The Oregon Fire Instructors Association selects one Life Member annually. All Life members have been members of the Association for at least ten years and have demonstrated exceptional direction towards promoting the OFIA, fire service training, and education as a whole. They have participated in committee work and special projects at both the local and state levels.
